摘 要:针对沈阳某公共建筑巨型钢桁架屋盖安装存在的诸多难点,基于SAP 2000有限元软件建立了该巨型钢桁架屋盖的有限元模型,根据该建筑施工的具体特点和屋盖的结构特征,按照同步、多点、整体的方式制定了拆除临时支撑过程的6个步骤,对该屋盖的安装过程进行详细施工模拟,重点分析了节点的竖向位移和水平位移。结果表明,最大的竖向位移出现在悬挑端,位移值为16.5 mm,竖向位移与悬挑长度的比值为0.867‰,小于1‰。;水平位移大多为1 mm左右,最大值小于2 mm。结果表明,该结构整体性能较好,拟定的施工方案安全可靠。Aiming at many difficulties in the installation of giant steel truss roof in a public building in Shenyang,the paper established the finite element model of the roof of the giant steel truss based on SAP 2000 finite element software.According to the characteristics of the construction and the structural features of the roof,the synchronous multi-point overall approach was applied to develop the six steps of removing temporary support,the installation process of the roof was simulated in detail and the analysis of the joint vertical displacement and horizontal displacement were anlayzed. The results showed that the maximum vertical displacement appeared at the cantilever end,the displacement value was 16. 5 mm,the ratio of vertical displacement to cantilever length was 0. 867‰,less than 1‰; the horizontal displacement was mostly about1 mm,the maximum was less than 2 mm. The results showed that the overall performance of the structure was better,the proposed construction program was safe and reliable.
