股骨骨折快优临床护理路径的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨快优临床护理路径在股骨骨折患者中的临床应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将300例股骨骨折患者分为对照组和观察组各150例,对照组按照骨科围手术期护理常规进行护理,观察组采用快优临床护理路径模式实施护理,观察比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况和术后30 d髋关节功能状况。结果术后30 d观察组髋关节功能Harris评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组再次手术、术后肺部感染、下肢深静脉血栓、泌尿系感染、便秘等并发症的发生例数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快优临床护理路径能有效地促进股骨骨折患者快速而优质的术后康复,减少了术后并发症的发生。Objective To study the clinical nursing pathway of fast optimal clinical application effect of the patients with femoral fracture.Methods Using the random number table method 300 patients with fracture of the femur can be divided into control group and observation group 150 cases,control group carried out in accordance with the orthopaedic perioperative nursing routine nursing,the observation group USES the fast optimal clinical nursing path model implementation,compare two groups of patients with postoperative complications and postoperative 30 d hip function status.Results After 30 d group function Harris hip score is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.01）; Observation group again surgery,postoperative pulmonary infection,lower limb deep vein thrombus,urinary tract infection,constipation and other complications were all less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Fast optimal clinical nursing path can effectively promote the fast and high quality of postoperative patients with femoral fracture healing,reduce the postoperative complications.
