摘  要:目的选拔性格优秀者带教科室实习规培人员,传承科室优良传统,促进科室稳步前行。方法通过国际通用马斯顿DISC测试,对科室在职人员进行性格定位,同时对2015年有手术室规培经历的护士留院定科志愿表进行数据分析,通过手术室一对一带教制度反溯其手术室带教人员,通过χ2检验统计带教人员性格对规培护士定科志愿的影响。结果四种性格带教人员学员留科志愿对比具有统计学意义,四种性格带教人员对学员留科志愿影响6组交叉对比部分具有统计学意义。结论影响性格和稳健性格的带教老师所教导学员对科室归属感及工作积极性强于支配性格和服从性格的带教老师所教导学员,带教老师的选拔应该倾向于选择影响性格和稳健性格者。Objective Selecting wonderful personality as training personnel to teach students,Inheriting good tradition and Promoting the development of the department.Methods Based on Marston's DISC psychological test,we have a test for every nurse on job. At the sametime Calculating haw many students had experience in the operating room and how many of them volunteered to stay here,from nursing department in 2015.By Carry out the measure of one to one teacher in charge,we can make shudents and teachers One to one correspondence.Using chisquare test to examine teacher's personality influence on students.Results contrasting Four kinds of personality teachers,Their students Voluntary remain rate have statistical significance. the cross contamination in these six groups Four kinds of personality teachers,Their students Voluntary remain rate have statistical significance. Conclusion Influence of personality and sound personality with the teacher taught students' enthusiasm for department belonging and work better than dominant character and obey character of teaching students taught by the teacher teaching teacher selection should tend to choose affect personality and sound personality.
