摘　　要：简述了PVC-M双壁波纹管的产品结构、配方、产品性能和应用,重点介绍了机头模具的改进和波纹成型工艺的控制,并分析了常见的生产问题。Double-wall corrugated PVC-M pipes were briefly introduced in aspects of structure, formula, performance and application. The improvement of the die mould and the control of the ripple molding process were emphatically introduced. The common production problems were analyzed.
