顾庆华从“卫出三焦”论治自汗  

Gu Qing-hua's Experience of Treating Spontaneous Sweating Based on the Theory that "Defense Qi Starts from Three Energizers"

摘　　要：自汗既可以独立出现,也可以作为兼证出现。常规认为自汗多属气阳不足,卫外不固,治以益气固表止汗,不能达到预期效果。顾庆华教授认为阳气亏虚、卫外失守、腠理疏松、津液外泄则自汗出。卫气作为人身之主要的防御力量,发于上焦,本于中焦,根于下焦,据此理论,顾教授提出"卫出三焦"的理论,即卫气发于上焦,本于中焦,根于下焦,从上、中、下三焦论治自汗,上焦以玉屏风散化裁,调和营卫,固表止汗;中焦以桂枝类方化裁,甘温益中,健脾实卫;下焦以肾气丸化裁,阴中求阳,补肾固卫,则阴平阳秘,气旺表实,汗不外泄,终获良效。Spontaneous sweating can occur either independently or as a concurrent syndrome. Generally speaking,spontaneous sweating is mostly due to deficient in yang qi,and weak defense qi,so the treatment usually focuses on nourishing qi and strengthening superficies and stopping sweating,but has not reached expected effect. Professor Gu Qing-hua thinks deficient yang qi,weak defense qi,and loosen lotion,and body fluid leakage lead to spontaneous sweating. As the main defensive force of the human body,defense qi originates from the upper energizer,is based on the middle energizer,and rooted in the lower energizer,so he proposes the theory that ＂ Defense qi starts from three energizers＂. For diseases related to the upper energizer,he often uses Jade Screen Powder to harmonize nutrient qi and defense qi,strengthen superficies and stop sweating. For diseases related to the middle energizer,he often uses Prescriptions of Guizhi（ Ramulus Cinnamomi） to warm the middle energizer with sweet nature,activate the spleen. For diseases related to the lower energizer,he often uses Kidney Qi Pill to keep yin-yang balance,nourish the kidney and strengthen defense qi,and has always achieved good effect on stopping spontaneous sweating.
