腰痹痛汤联合针灸、推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腰痹痛汤联合针灸、推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选择2013年1月至2014年5月本院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者182例,随机分为对照组86例和观察组96例。对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊、针灸、推拿治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用腰痹痛汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率和显效率分别为98.96%、75.00%,对照组总有效率和显效率分别为89.53%、65.12%,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后M-JOA、VAS评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰痹痛汤联合针灸、推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,可明显改善患者症状或体征,减轻患者疼痛。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Yao Bi Tong Decoction（ YBTD） combined with acupuncture and massage on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： One hundred and eighty-two patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into the control group with 86 cases and the observation group with 96 cases. The ones in the control group were treated with Celecoxib Capsules,acupuncture and massage,and the ones in the observation group were additionally treated with YBTD on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Results： The total effective rate and effective efficiency of the observation group were 98. 96% and 75% respectively. The total effective rate and the significant efficiency of the control group were 89. 53% and 65. 12% respectively. The observation group was better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The scores of M-JOA and VAS in the observation group were better than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）,the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion： YBTD combined with acupuncture and massage has a remarkable clinical curative effect on lumbar disc herniation,can obviously improve patients＇ symptoms or signs and relieve pain.
