豨莶草药效学概述

摘　　要：豨莶草有一定毒性,且毒性强度与苍耳子相当,临床应用时应注意安全剂量,合理用药;豨莶草性寒味苦,归肝、肾经,现代药理学研究证实,豨莶草的临床应用形式可能与传统的归经理论相悖,即豨莶草在肝肾经之外的部位富集,并产生一定的药理学活性,如毒性、止泻作用等。药效学研究发现豨莶草具有抗炎镇痛、保护肝肾、改善心脑血管、抗肿瘤、治疗急性肠炎、创伤修复、治疗帕金森病的功效,临床应用已不局限于中医"性味归经"。但是目前豨莶草的药理学活性、药效物质基础还不明确,其临床作用机理尚未完全阐明,更深入的药理学活性组分有待于进一步研究。Xixiancao（ Herba Siegesbeckiae） has certain toxicity,and its toxicity intensity is similar to that of Cangerzi（ Fructus Xanthii）. The rational use of safe dosage should be paid attention to in clinical application. Xixiancao is cold in nature and bitter in flavor,attributive to the liver and kidney meridians. It is confirmed that the clinical application of the herb may be contrary to the traditional meridian theory,that is,it is enriched in the parts of the liver and kidney,and produces some pharmacological activity,such as toxicity and anti-diarrheal action. The pharmacodynamic study has shown hat it has the efficacy of anti-inflammatory and analgesic,protection of liver and kidney,improvement of heart and brain blood vessels,antitumor,treatment of acute enteritis,trauma repair,treatment of Parkinson＇s disease,clinical application is not limited to ＂ medicinal properties and actions＂ in traditional Chinese medicine. However,at present,the pharmacological basis of its active substances is not clear,its clinical mechanism has not been fully elucidated,and further pharmacological active components need to be further studied.
