儿童自闭症的中医药研究述评

摘　　要：中医药治疗儿童自闭症(autism spectrum disorders,ASD)在临床应用广泛,内治疗法以"从肾论治""从肝论治""从脾论治""从心论治"为治疗原则;针刺疗法中以靳三针、头针运用最广,在言语障碍方面的改善较为明确,对重度ASD患儿的疗效较轻中度患儿显著;其他外治疗法如推拿、耳穴压豆等亦有一定疗效,且无创、疼痛小,更易被患儿接受,亦可在社康等基层广泛推广。但目前多数临床研究存在不少不足之处:观察指标不统一,不同治疗方法的疗效无法直接进行比较,样本量过少,针刺手法、取穴不一致,非随机对照等。今后应加强对ASD的研究设计的严谨性,以多中心、大样本、随机对照的标准进行,从分子生物学及机体生化改变为切入点,同时进行动物实验及临床研究,为中医药治疗ASD提供循证学依据。Traditional Chinese medicine is widely used in treating autism spectrum disorders（ ASD） in clinical practice. The internal treatment is based on the principle of ＂ treating from the kidney＂, ＂ treating from the liver＂, ＂ treating from the spleen＂ and ＂ treating from the heart＂. Jin Sanzhen（ JSZ） and scalp acupuncture the most widely used acupuncture therapy,which has good efficacy in the improvement of speech disorders The curative effects on severe ASD children are also more significant than those of mild and moderate children. Other external treatment methods,such as massage,auricular point pressure,and so on,also have a certain effect,and the characteristics of noninvasive and small pain are easier to be accepted by children,and can also be widely popularized at the grass-roots level of social health. But at present,most clinical studies have many shortcomings： the observation index is not uniform; the curative effects of different therapird cannot be compared directly; the sample size is too small; acupuncture manipulation,and acupoint choice are disagreement,and non-random control and so on. In the future,we should strengthen the rigor of the research and design of ASD,take the standards of multi-center,large sample and random control,regarding the molecular biology and the biochemical changes of the body as the breakthrough point,and carry out the animal experiment and clinical research at the same time,and provide evidence-based evidence for the treatment of ASD in traditional Chinese medicine.
