摘　　要：在工矿设备系统中 ,人为差错引起的失效事故占 30 %～ 5 0 %。人为差错源于人的精神压力 ,表现在设备系统的设计、制造和运行过程中。对人为差错和设备系统可靠性的分析 ,有助于找到有效的预防措施以减少人为差错 ,提高工作人员的适应性及设备的安全性。In an engineering and mining equipment system,the failures caused by artificial mistakes account for 30%~50% of the total The artificial mistakes originated from human mind pressure and showed in the design, manufacture and operating process of the equipment system The analysis of artificial mistakes and reliability of the equipment system helps to seek effective preventive measures to reduce these mistakes and to promote personnel adaptability and to increase the safety of the equipment
