摘　　要：《全国基础测绘中长期规划纲要(2015—2030年)》明确了新型基础测绘的发展目标和主要任务,测绘地理信息质检作为新型基础测绘的重要组成部分,面临机遇与挑战并存的局面。笔者结合新型基础测绘"全球覆盖、海陆兼顾、联动更新、按需服务、开放共享"的特征,分析了质检工作面临的机遇与挑战,在明确转型发展方向和主要任务的前提下,提出以提升能力、引领发展为目标,从标准建设、技术创新和体制机制等方面进行大胆尝试和有益探索,以迎接新机遇、应对新挑战。＂The national fundamental surveying and mapping program for medium and long term（ 2015—2030 years） ＂points out development goals and the main task of the new fundamental surveying and mapping. As an important part of fundamental surveying and mapping,quality inspection of surveying,mapping and geoinformation is facing the opportunities and challenges of the situation.According to the characteristics of the new fundamental surveying and mapping ＂global coverage,both land and sea,updating,ondemand services,open sharing＂,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced in the premise of quality inspection,indicates direction of transformation development and main task,and puts forward to enhance the ability to lead the development as the goal. A bold attempt and useful exploration from standard construction,technological innovation and institutional mechanisms are made to meet new opportunities and meet new challenges.
