摘　　要：目的探讨糜蛋白酶冲洗液在聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(PAHG)注射隆乳后取出术中的应用效果。方法选取自2013年1月至2017年10月收治PAHG注射隆乳术后12~16年的患者12例,均采用乳晕切口直视下取出大部分PAHG,再应用糜蛋白酶冲洗液反复冲洗,观察术后疗效;并对术后患者进行了4个月至2年的随访。结果所有患者与治疗前相比,乳房硬块、疼痛等症状减轻,乳房质地柔软,外形良好。结论采用乳晕切口直视下辅用糜蛋白酶冲洗液取出PAHG是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of chymotrypsin flushing fluid in the extraction of polyacrylamide hydrogel after injection augmentation mammoplasty. Methods From January 2013 to January 2017,12 patients who underwent breast augmentation with PAHG injections were treated by the extraction of PAHG. The patients were 38 to 54 years of age, with an average age of 46. The postoperative time ranged from 12 to 16 years. Open extraction techniques via subareolar incisions were performed under direction vision. Chymotrypsin was used to lavage the sections until the flushing fluid became translucent again. The curative effect was observed after the operation and followed up long-term. Results For all patients, the breasts were soft and bilaterally symmetrical, with a good appearance. Some preoperative symptoms, such as sclerosis of the skin, breast nodules, and pain had resolved significantly after surgery. Conclusion The removal of polyacrylamide hydrogel from the subareolar incision combined with chymotrypsin under direction vision is a safe and effective treatment method. It should be considered for promotion in clinic.
