双极电凝与单极电刀电凝在腮腺手术中配合使用的效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨双极电凝与单极电刀电凝在腮腺手术中配合使用的效果。方法将80例行腮腺包块及腺体切除术的患者随机分成双极电凝与电极电刀电凝结合的单双极电凝组(观察组,n=40)与单纯单极电刀电凝组(对照组,n=40)。比较两组切除腮腺包块及腺体所需的时间、出血量、术中所需用物、术后出血情况、术后面神经情况等。结果观察组手术时间(65.2±8.4)min少于对照组的(95.2±6.2)min(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量(50.8±6.5)ml显著低于对照组(65.5±6.5)ml(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症、出血量等显著少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单双极电凝结合使用在腮腺手术中具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术后疼痛轻以及术后出血少、面神经损伤小等优点,适于临床推广。Objective To compare the effect of bipolar coagulation and electrocoagnlation with single-stage electric coagulation in the use of parotid gland surgery. Method Eighty patients excised of parotid masses and gland were randomly divided into bipolar electrocoagulation （ observation group, n = 40 ） and single-stage electocoagnlation （ control group, n = 40 ） and compare the time required for removal of parotid masses ,intraoperative need , postoperative bleeding condition, postoperative facial nerve observation, and so forth between the two groups. Resuits Surgery time of the observation group [ （ 65.2± 8.4 ） min] was significantly less than that of the control group [ （95.2±6.2 ） min] （ P 〈 0.05 ）. and the amount of postoperative blood loss of the observation group [（ 50.8±6.5 ） ml ] was significantly lower than that of the control group [ （ 65.5±6.5 ） ml ] （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the control group, the wound condition of the observation group was good, and the inci- dence of postoperative bleeding was low. The differences were statistically （ P 〈 0.05 ） significant. Conclusion Single and double level electro- coagulation has the advantages of shorter operation time ,less intraoperative blood loss,less postoperative pain , less postoperative blood loss, and less facial nerve injury in parotid surgery. It can be use to promote.
