区域医联体内基层医疗卫生机构护士对慢性病规范化管理培训的需求调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解区域医联体内基层医疗卫生机构护士对慢性病规范化管理培训的需求。[方法]采用自行设计的问卷对区域医联体内社区卫生服务中心、乡镇卫生院150名护士的慢性病规范化管理培训形式及内容需求进行调查。[结果]从培训形式来看,护理培训师资需求以经验丰富的临床专科护士为主(58.6%),培训方式以案例分析为主(48.0%),培训频率以每个月培训1d或2d为主(89.3%),理论与实践比例以1:2为主(66.7%);从培训内容来看,糖尿病(4.92分±0.17分)、高血压(4.86分±0.34分)、慢性阻塞型肺疾病(4.46分±0.49分)病人规范化管理培训需求较高。[结论]卫生行政部门和三级医院管理人员在基层医疗卫生机构慢性病规范化管理培训中应根据护士实际需求,调整培训形式,制订培训内容。Objective：Understand the demand for standardized training of chronic disease among nurses practitioners in basic medical and health institutions of regional medical consortium.Method：A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the training forms and content requirements about standardized training of chronic disease among 150 nurses practitioners in community health service center and township hospital of regional medical consortium.Results：From the point of view of the training forms,the most required nursing training teacher was experienced clinical nurse（58.6%）,the training mode was case analysis（48.0%）,the training frequency was 1 day or 2 days per month（89.3%）,and the proportion of theory and practice was 1：2（66.7%）.From the point of view of training content,the requirement of standardized management training for patients with diabetes mellitus（4.92±0.17）,hypertension（4.86±0.34）and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases（4.46±0.49）was higher.Conclusion：The health administrative departments and the three level hospital administrators should adjust the training form and contents according to the actual needs of the nurses for standardized management training in basic medical and health institutions of regional medical consortium.
