摘　　要：通道畅通是货物运输业发展的前提。黑龙江省应通过准确定位对外贸易口岸功能、合理规划国际货运通道节点及货运通道线路布局、构建海陆空联运的国际货运大通道、建立现代化的边境口岸物流体系等措施,进一步优化国际货运通道,进一步扩大对外贸易规模,支持"一带一路"中蒙俄经济走廊建设。Unimpeded access is the precondition for the development of freight transport industry. Should through the accurate positioning of foreign trade in heilongjiang province pert function, reasonable planning international freight channel node and freight channel line layout, building, land, sea and air transport, international freight channel to establish a modem frontier port logistics system and other measures, further optimize international freight channel, further expand the scale of foreign trade, support all the way ＂area＂ of the Russian economic corridor construction.
