摘　　要：随着"一带一路"倡议地实施,我国对外投资的规模不断扩大,面临的风险也逐渐显现。分析对外投资中所面临的金融风险,主要包括经营风险、政治风险、信用风险及汇率风险,提出完善企业自身管理控制经营风险、实施差异化经营和管理应对国家信用风险、树立良好国家形象营造和平稳定的政治环境以及建立稳健的汇率风险管理机制等对策建议。With the implementation of China＇ s ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy, China＇ s foreign investment have been expanding, the risk is also gradually appearing. This paper analyzes the financial risks faced by foreign investment, mainly including management risk, political risk, credit risk and exchange - rate risk. It proposes to improve the management and control of business risk, implement differential operation and management to deal with the national credit risk and establish a good national image to create a peaceful and stable political environment. Also establishing a stable management mechanism of exchange rate risk to control the exchange rate risk.
