依法治国视域下政党协商的运行机制

摘　　要：作为一项系统工程,依法治国与我国各项政治制度的完善息息相关,其中政党协商作为民主政治的一项重要内容,无疑是全面推进依法治国的题中应有之义。而政党协商的运行机制是实现政党协商的价值、功能、目标的手段、方式和程序。因此,要实现政党协商与依法治国的有机结合,就要在充分把握两者内在逻辑关系的基础上,全面审视政党协商运行机制在规范方面存在的障碍,从推进政党协商法治化的视角,探索完善其运行机制的制度路径。As a systematic project,the Law-Based Governance of China is closely related to the improvement of China＇s various political systems.The consultation of political parties,as an important content of democratic politics,is undoubtedly the proper meaning of comprehensively advancing the Law-Based Governance of China.The operating mechanism is the means,methods and procedures for realizing the value,function,and goal of political parties＇ consultation.Therefore,in order to achieve the organic combination of political parties＇ consultation and the LawBased Governance of China,we must fully review the inherent logical relationship between them,and comprehensively examine the existing norm obstacles of the operation mechanism,From the perspective of promoting the legalization of political Parties＇ consultation,we will explore the institutional path to improve its operating mechanism.
