军工固定资产投资与军民融合发展分析

摘　　要：军民融合是军工科研院所改革发展的出路。军工固定资产投资是助力军民融合发展的重要物质保证。通过对军工固定资产投资现状进行进行介绍,分析了其不适应改革发展的影响因素,给出了新政策下加强军工固定资产投资科学性、助力军民融合发展的建议。Military and civilian integration is the way out for the reform and development of military research institutes.Fixed assets investment in military industry is an important material guarantee for the development of military-civilian integration. By introducing the present situation of investment in fixed assets of military industry, this paper analyzes on the influencing factors which can not adapt to the reform and development, and puts forward some suggestions for strengthening the scientific investment of fixed assets in military industry under the new policy and for helping the integration of military and civilian development.
