摘　　要：喀麦隆共和国矿产资源丰富,有铁、钴、镍、铝土、金、金刚石、铀和金红石等重要的矿产资源,赋存于太古宇克拉通和元古界-新元古界的构造带上。铁矿储量约34亿t,钴镍矿储量在54 700万t以上,铝土矿的储量在10亿t以上,金红石储量约300万t,并且其资源与我国有较强的资源互补性。喀麦隆政府出台各种政策积极吸引外资,加之其有60%的国土面积尚未进行勘探,这为我国企业提供了巨大的投资机遇。我国矿业企业需增强国际化运营能力,了解喀麦隆的矿业政策与投资环境,加强与其在基础地质调查、矿产资源开发、基础设施建设,以及能力建设方面的合作,在其工业及矿业发展计划实施中抓住矿业投资机会。The Republic of Cameroon is rich in several types of mineral resources,like iron ore,cobalt,nickel,bauxite,gold,diamond,uranium and rutile,hosted in Archean craton and Proterozoic tectonic belt.The reserves of iron ore and cobalt-nickel are about 3.4 billion and 547 million tons respectively,the reserves of bauxite are over 1 billion tons,and the rutile are about 3 million tons,with high complementary to the shortage of China.The government of Cameroon encourages international investment through several polices,moreover,60% of the national land has not been explored,implying excellent investing opportunities.For China s mining companies,only when they develop their international operation ability,understand the mining policies and investment environment of Cameroon,and deepen the cooperation in the field of geological survey,mineral exploration,infrastructure construction and ability building,they can take good use of the chance to invest in mining sector of Cameroon.
