帕罗西汀与喹硫平对焦虑障碍患者HAMA评分变化及临床治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨帕罗西汀与喹硫平对焦虑障碍患者的治疗效果及对HAMA评分的影响。 方法 回顾性分析2015年3月至2016年10月在我院接受治疗的焦虑障碍患者的临床资料，根据其治疗方式分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗，观察组在此基础上给予喹硫平治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果，比较两组患者治疗前后HAMA评分、睡眠质量和治疗满意度的差异。 结果 观察组治疗有效率为97.50%，明显高于对照组（ χ 2=6.135， P =0.013）；两组患者治疗前HAMA评分无差别，治疗后，观察组HAMA评分低于对照组；两组患者治疗前睡眠质量无差别，治疗后，观察组的睡眠质量明显优于对照组；观察组治疗满意度为95.00%，明显高于对照组（ χ 2=5.165， P =0.023）。 结论 帕罗西汀与喹硫平对焦虑障碍患者有较好的治疗效果，可明显改善患者的焦虑症状和睡眠质量，具有良好的应用价值。Objective ： To investigate the effect of Pa Rossi Dean and quetiapine in the treatment of patients with anxiety disorder. Methods ： The clinical data of patients with anxiety disorder treated in our hospital from March 2015 to October 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to their treatment methods,The control group was treated with Pa Rossi Dean,while the observation group was treated with quetiapine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment with HAMA score,sleep quality and treatment satisfaction. Results ： The effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than the control group （ χ 2=6.135, P =0.013）; Two groups of patients before treatment HAMA score no difference,after treatment,the observation group HAMA score was lower than the control group; There was no difference in sleep quality between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the sleep quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group; The satisfaction of the observation group was 95%,significantly higher than the control group （ χ 2=5.165, P =0.023）. Conclusion ： Paroxetine and quetiapine have a better therapeutic effect on patients with anxiety disorder,can significantly improve the symptoms of anxiety and sleep quality,and has good application value.
