摘　　要：目的 探讨心血管病介入治疗术后低血压的原因与护理，降低术后并发症的发生率。 方法 通过对30例低血压患者进行观察,了解本病发生的相关因素及预防和处理方法。 结果 全部患者经过及时补液、扩容、升压及对症处理后生命体征恢复稳定。 结论 及时观察、发现、及早处理是心血管病介入术致急性低血压并发症护理的关键。Objective ： To investigate the causes of cardiovascular disease interventional-induced hypotension and the nursing after operation,and furthermore,to reduce the incidence of the postoperative complication. Methods ：The 30 cases of hypotension in patients were observed,in order to understand the factors related to the occurrence of the disease and the methods of prevention and treatment. Results ： All patients with stable vital signs,recovery of immediate fluid expansion,boost and symptomatic treatment. Conclusion ： Timely observation,discover,early treatment is the key principle to care for acute hypotension complications after cardiovascular disease intervention.
