摘　　要：目的 了解门诊抽血患者对手卫生认知现状，制定相应的管理对策，进一步提高患者手卫生依从性。 方法 采用问卷调查，随机抽样方法，对某三级甲等医院门诊抽血患者进行调查。 结果 对患者进行手卫生相关知识培训，同时邀请患者参与、配合抽血过程中的手卫生活动后，患者对手卫生认知明显提高，更愿意获得相关知识及接受速干手消毒剂。 结论 加强宣传教育，促进患者就医时的手卫生行为，减少医院感染的 发生。Objective ： To investigate the knowledge about hand hygiene among the outpatients and then take some valid methods to enhance their understanding. Methods： By randomly asking patients in a level A of the tertiary hospital. Results ： Patients received knowledge and were invited to participate in hand hygiene activities during blood drawing.After that,patients significantly improved hand hygiene awareness and preferred obtaining knowledge and hands disinfection gel. Conclusion： Nurses need to explain about hand hygiene and show patients how to clean their hands in order to decrease hospital infection.
