血清孕酮、HCG检测在先兆流产中的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的 分析血清孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）检测对先兆流产诊断的应用价值。 方法 选取本科室2016年2月-2017年2月收治的46例先兆流产患者为本次实验的观察组，并选取同期45例健康孕妇为对照组，对所选第4周、12周孕妇血清孕酮和HCG水平进行比较。 结果 结果显示，观察组患者第4周和12周血清孕酮和HCG水平均显著低于对照组，同时孕酮联合β-HCG检测的敏感性、阴性预测值明显高于织进行孕酮检测，差异有统计学意义（ P 〈0.05）。而特异性与阳性预测值则无明显差异，差异无统计学意义（ P 〉0.05）。 结论 利用血清孕酮联合HCG检测对提高诊断先兆流产并实施相应的治疗有重要意义。Objective ： To analyze the value of serum progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin （HCG） detection in the diagnosis of threatened abortion. Methods： Select undergraduate course room in February 2016 - February 2017 in 46 patients with threatened abortion as the experimental group,45 cases of healthy pregnant women as control group,and the same period of the selected 4 weeks,12 weeks pregnant women serum progesterone and HCG levels are compared. Results： The results show that the observation group 4 weeks and 12 weeks in patients with serum progesterone and HCG levels were significantly lower than the control group,at the same time of progesterone combined beta HCG detection sensitivity and negative predictive value is significantly higher than woven detection of progesterone, P 〈0.05,significant difference was statistically significant.However,there was no significant difference between specificity and positive predictive value, P 〉0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion： Serum progesterone combined with HCG detection is of great significance to improve the diagnosis and treatment of threatened abortion.
