摘 要:蒸汽发生器是在寒冷或潮湿情况下进行机动车视野测试的必需设备,而蒸汽输出量是蒸汽发生器的重要参数。现有的蒸汽发生器对于蒸汽输出量的控制存在测量范围小、控制精度差等问题。从国家相关标准规定的蒸汽质量流量参数出发,分析了对应蒸汽的体积流量范围,并对常规的蒸汽发生装置结构进行了讨论,从蒸汽流量传感器的选择和蒸汽发生装置的结构两方面提出了解决蒸汽量精确控制的方法。Steam generator is a necessary equipment for motor vehicle visual field testing in cold or wet conditions, and the output of steam is an important parameter of steam generator. The existing steam generator has the problems of small measuring range and poor control accuracy for steam output control. Based on the steam mass flow parameters specified by the relevant national standard, the volume flow range of the steam is analyzed, and the conventional steam generator structure is discussed. The method of accurate control of steam quantity is put forward from two aspects of the selection of the steam flow sensor and the structure of the steam generator.
