摘 要:使用普通车床对工件重新装夹后再进行加工,工件同轴度误差较大。本文展示了四轴精密车床新型夹具的研制成果,通过设置两个V形块分别放置两个工件;采用两个端面定位装置,使两个工件准确定位;使用马达驱动旋转轴旋转,带动压板压紧和松开工件,完成一次装夹两个工件的任务。该夹具结构简单、运行可靠,能极大提高加工精度和生产效率。Using a common lathe to reload the piece and then process it, The error of the coaxiality of the piece is more larger. This paper shows results on the new clamp of the accurate lathe with four axis, Two pieces of work are placed by setting two V devices; Two end surface positioning devices are used to locate two piece accurately; using a motor to drive a rotating shaft, The pieces are clamped and loosened by the pressplate; Two pieces can be clamped only once. The clamp is simple and reliable in structure and operation, The accuracy and efficiency of production can be improved greatly by the clamp.
