摘 要:以聚醚胺和聚酰胺为原料制备的水下固化剂作为研究对象,探讨了干燥下/水下固化体系的剪切强度,以及干燥下固化体系的其他性能。结果表明,聚醚胺和聚酰胺复配固化剂体系具有较好的粘接性能,在水下的剪切强度下降很少。放置7 d,干燥下/水下的拉伸剪切强度均大于18.0 MPa;干燥下压缩强度大于65 MPa,弯曲强度大于65 MPa,拉伸强度大于45MPa,断裂伸长率大于2.5%;水温及水下放置时间对粘接性能影响较大,最长放置60 d,水下固化体系的剪切强度大于14.0 MPa。Using the underwater curing agents compounded with polyether amine and polyamide as the materials as he research objects, the tensile shear strengths of the cured with the curing system in the underwater and dry conditions, and heir other performance in the dry condition were discussed. The results show that the curing system compounded with polyether amine and polyamide has good bonding properties, the decrease of underwater shear strength is very little. After placing in the underwater and dry conditions for 7 days the shear strengths are over 18.0 MPa. And in the dry condition the ompressive strengths is over 65.0 MPa, the bending strength is greater than 65.0 MPa, the tensile strength is more than 45.0 MPa. The elongation at break is greater than 2.5%. The water temperature and placing time in the underwater condition has great influence on the adhesive performance. The shear strengths for the curing system in the underwater condition is greater than 14.0 MPa after placing for 60 days.
