摘 要:近年来,为适应平台丛式井生产,降低原油举升能耗,各大油田陆续研究设计一机双井、一机多井等新型节能抽油机,并投入现场应用。通过对目前已现场应用的塔架式一机双井抽油机、常规曲柄双向平衡游梁式双驴头双井抽油机两种新型节能抽油机的技术原理、特点,节能效果,性能及技术适用性进行对比分析,得出塔架式一机双井抽油机综合节电率为56.81%,可应用于井距较远、产液量较低、双井产液量差较小的丛式井;常规曲柄双向平衡游梁式双驴头双井抽油机综合节电率为40.6%,可用于井距较近、产液量较高、双井产液量差较大的丛式井,为今后平台丛式井抽油机设备选型提供参考。In recent years,in order to adapt to the production of platform cluster wells and reduce the energy consumption of crude oil lifting,several major oil fields have studied and designed a new type of energy-saving pumping unit,such as o one machine double or multiple oil pumping equipment,and put it into field application.In this paper,the technical principle,characteristics,energy-saving effect,performance and technical applicability of two new energy-saving pumping units,the comprehensive energy-saving rate of tower type one-machine two-well pumping unit is 56.81%,which can be applied to cluster wells with long well spacing,low fluid production rate and small fluid production difference between two wells.The comprehensive power saving rate of conventional crank bidirectional balance traveling beam type double horsehead double-well pumping unit is 40.6%,which can be used in cluster wells with close well spacing,high fluid production rate and large fluid production difference between double wells,and provide reference for the selection of pumping unit equipment for platform cluster wells in the future.
