摘  要:本文以等离子体增强化学气相沉积方法在镍箔表面均匀制备了竖直取向碳纳米纤维,并将其用于热测试芯片表面,实验测试其散热性能。通过红外热像仪和电阻-温度关系法得到的温度结果表明,采用竖直碳纳米纤维可以增强热点散热,有效降低测试芯片的热点温度,且散热效果随着功率密度的升高而更加显著。Vertically aligned carbon nanofibers(VACNFs) were synthesized by the plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method on Ni foils. Then the VACNFs were transferred to the surface of a test chip to evaluate the heat dissipation effects. Both a thermal imaging infrared camera and a resistance temperature detector were adopted for the temperature measurement. The experimental results show that the introduction of the VACNFs can effectively enhance the heat dissipation of the test chip and decrease its hotspot temperature. The improvement effect becomes more pronounced as the power density increases.
