摘　　要：本文对国家气象计量站计量管理现状进行分析,提出需要开发一套气象计量信息系统,并从计量检测自动化和计量管理信息化两方面对该系统功能需求分析进行了研究,并在需求分析中对系统设计和部份功能实现方法进行了简述,文章提出采用了C/S和B/S的混合结构搭建系统对于系统功能实现具有指导意义。This theis analyzes the current situation of measurement management of national meteorological metrology stations,and proposes to develop a meteorological measurement information system,and studies the functions and demands of the system from the aspects of measurement automation and measurement management informationization. The system design and some function realization methods are briefly described in demands analysis. The thesis proposes that the hybrid structure construction system using C/S and B/S has guiding significance for system function realization.
