摘　　要：数字仪器的Guard端用于屏蔽和保护,防止电流泄露。本文对Guard端按工作原理进行分类,分别介绍了其功能、原理和接线方式,从而达到提升测量分析技术能力,保证测量正确,提高测量数据准确性。The Guard terminal of digital instrument is used for shielding and protection to prevent leakage of current. This paper classifies the Guard terminal according to the working principle,introduces its function and principle and connection mode respectively,so as to improve the technical ability of measurement analysis,ensure the accuracy of the measurement data.
