摘　　要：当高层建筑采用筏板基础时,通常有梁板式筏基和平板式筏基两种选择,两种基础形式各有其优缺点和适用性,对两种筏基的特点进行了比较和实例分析,以此来探讨它们的应用范围和前景。When the high-rise building adopts the raft foundation,there are usually two choices of stiffened slab foundation and slab foundation.The two basic forms have their advantages and disadvantages and applicability.This paper compares and analyzes the characteristics of these two raft foundations,then discusses their application scope and prospect.
