摘 要:为了探究外源水杨酸缓解白苦瓜幼苗铝毒害的光合机制,以铝胁迫为对照,设置了不同浓度的外源水杨酸(SA),研究了SA对铝胁迫下白苦瓜幼苗光合特性的影响。结果表明,SA浓度不同,对铝胁迫下白苦瓜幼苗光合特性的影响存在差异;3个处理中,T2处理(60μmol/L SA)的效果更佳。T2处理中,铝胁迫下白苦瓜幼苗的叶绿素含量得到显著提高,铝胁迫对气孔的负面影响也得到显著缓解,白苦瓜幼苗的最大净光合速率、表观量子效率均比单独铝胁迫高出30%以上,而暗呼吸速率(R_)却仅为CK的63.03%;叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm,ETR和qP分别为CK的1.24倍、1.61倍和1.55倍,NPQ则为CK的76.30%。研究结果可为白苦瓜铝毒害的缓解提供了一些技术支撑。To explore the photosynthetic mechanism of exogenous salicylic acid(SA)to alleviate the aluminum toxicity of white balsam pear seedlings, different concentrations of exogenous SA were set up under the control of aluminum stress. The effects of SA on photosynthetic characteristics of white balsam pear seedlings under aluminum stress were studied. The results showed that the effects of SA on photosynthetic characteristics of white balsam pear seedlings were different under their different concentrations. In the 3 treatments,T2 treatment(60 μmol/L SA) had better effects. Under the treatment, the chlorophyll content of white balsam pear seedlings under aluminum stress increased significantly, the maximum net photosynthetic rate and apparent quantum efficiency were 30% higher than those of CK, while the Rd was only 63.03% of CK, Fv/Fm, ETR as well as qP were 1.24 times, 1.61 times and 1.55 times of CK,respectively, NPQ was only 76.30% of CK. This study results will provide some technical support for the relief of aluminum toxicity of white balsam pear.
