摘 要:为了研究不同基因型花生品种对EMS的响应条件,以晋花8号、红四粒和白沙1016这3种不同基因型品种为供试材料,用甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)作诱变剂,设置2个诱变浓度(0.6%,0.9%),3个处理时间(5,7,9 h),将处理后的种子种到田间,计算其出苗势和出苗率,以半致死剂量为标准,确定3种不同基因型品种的最佳诱变剂量(浓度×时间)。结果表明,晋花8号、红四粒和白沙1016的最佳诱变剂量分别是0.9%,5 h;0.6%,7 h和0.6%,5 h。To study the response conditions of different genotype peanut varieties to EMS,three different genotypes of Jinhua 8,Hongsili and Baisha 1016 were the test materials, EMS was used as a mutagen, two mutagenic concentrations(0.6%, 0.9%)were set, and three treatment times(5, 7, 9 h)were used. After treatment, the seeds were planted in the field, and the seedling emergence power and seedling emergence rate were calculated. With median lethal dose as the standard, the optimal mutagenic doses(concentration and time)for Jinhua 8, Hongsili and Baisha 1016 were ensured. The result showed that the optimal mutagenic doses of Jinhua 8, Hongsili and Baisha 1016 were 0.9%, 5 h,0.6%, 7 h and 0.6%, 5 h, respectively.
