摘  要:对轮作和2 a连作条件下结球甘蓝收获期根区土壤溶液进行GC-MS测定,研究结球甘蓝根系分泌物的自毒物质。结果表明,轮作和连作处理比对照均增加了N-乙基乙酰胺、N,N-二乙基甲酰胺和N-乙基异丙胺;连作处理中硬脂酸相对含量为4.24%,是轮作处理中硬脂酸相对含量的10.3倍。To identify the cabbage root secreted auto-toxicity compounds under continues cropping, soil solutions from crop rotation field and two years continuous cropping field during harvest stage were analyzed by the GC-MS. The result showed that some compounds were found in crop rotation field and two years continuous cropping field, they were N-ethyl Acetamide, N, N-Dimethylformamide and N-Ethylisopropylamine. The relative content of octadecanoic acid in two years continuous cropping field was 4.24%, which was 10.3 times of the relative content of octadecanoic acid in crop rotation field.
