摘 要:近年来,随着计算机网络技术的发展,网络游戏成为人们缓解压力的重要方式。与此同时,网络虚拟财产受到人们的重视。在当前法制环境下,物权法对于网络虚拟财产具有一定的适用性。基于此,论文在研究中通过对首例虚拟网络财产纠纷案的分析,首先,对网络虚拟财产与物权法加以概括。其次,阐述首例网络虚拟财产纠纷案,并探讨《民法总则》的立法导向。最后,重点研究网络虚拟财产中物权法请求权具有的适用性。In recent years, with the development of computer networktechnology, online games have become an important way to relieve stress for people. At the same time, people pay more attention to the network virtual property. Under the current legal system, the Property Law- has certain applicabilityto the network virtual property. Based on this, through the analysis of the first case of virtual network property disputes, this paper firstly summarizes the network virtual property and the Property Law Secondly, it expounds the first case of network virtual property dispute and discusses the legislative direction of the "General Provisions of Civil Law. Finally, it mainlyresearches the applicability of the claim ofpropertylaw in virtual property.
