摘 要:公立医院民营化是提高医疗机构运行效率的有效方法,也是社会资本进入医疗卫生领域、参与新医改的快捷通道。目前,公立医院民营化主要有股份制合作、员工持股的股份合作制、非产权模式、产权整体转让四种模式,有不同的特点及适用条件,公立医院在民营化过程中应根据自身情况选择适宜的模式,并防止出现国有资产流失等问题。The privatization of public hospitals is an effective way to improve the operating efficiency of medical institutions and it is also a quick channel for social capital to enter the health field and to participate in new health reforms. At present, the privatization of public hospitals mainly includes four modes: joint-stock cooperation, joint-stock cooperation with employee stock ownership, non-property rights mode, and overall transferring of property rights. These four models have different characteristics and applicable conditions. Public hospitals should choose an appropriate model according to own circumstances during the process of privatization, and prevent the loss of state-owned assets and so on.
