摘　　要：采取立意抽样方法,抽取6个省市的12个区县进行调研,梳理调研区县国家基本公共卫生服务项目资金的筹集、分配和使用情况,从居民的角度了解项目实施初步效果,客观剖析其中存在的问题和挑战,并提出相关政策建议。Taking purposive sampling, 12 districts and counties from 6 provinces were selected. The fund raising, distribution and use of the national basic public health service projects in the districts and counties were investigated. The preliminary effect of project implementation was objectively understood from the perspective of residents. This paper analyzes the problems and challenges that exist and propose relevant policy recommendations.
