摘  要:某硫化铜矿含铜0.65%、硫9.50%、Mg O 5.20%,属于高滑石硅酸镁夕卡岩型铜硫矿。由于矿石中黄铁矿和滑石含量较高,且滑石在磨矿过程中极易发生泥化,恶化浮选环境,造成现场铜浮选指标不理想。为了解决该铜矿中高滑石、高硫对铜浮选的影响,在工艺矿物学研究的基础之上,提出采用"SNA调整剂调浆-CMC抑制滑石-铜硫混合浮选-粗精矿脱药再磨-铜硫分离"工艺。闭路试验获得了铜品位25.71%、回收率82.13%的铜精矿,铜精矿含Mg O小于5%。工艺显著提高了铜回收率,并降低了铜精矿Mg O含量。A copper sulfide mine containing 0. 65% copper,9. 50% sulfur,and 5. 20% Mg O,belongs to high talc magnesium silicate skarn type copper sulfur ore rock. Due to the high content of pyrite and talc in the ore,and talc in the grinding process is very easy to muddy,deteriorating the flotation environment,seriously affected the quality and recovery of copper concentrate. In order to solve the effect of high talc and high sulfur flotation in the copper mine,based on the process mineralogy study,it was proposed to use " SNA regulator adjusting the pulp-CMC inhibit talc-copper and sulfur mixed flotation-rough concentrate off drug re-grinding-copper sulfur separation " process. Closed-circuit tests have obtained copper concentrates with a copper grade of 25. 71% and a recovery rate of 82. 13%.Copper concentrate contain less than 5% MgO. The process significantly improves the copper recovery rate and reduces the copper concentrate Mg O content.
