摘  要:以新型活化剂X-45和常规活化剂硫酸铜为研究对象,进行了铁闪锌矿纯矿物和混合纯矿物浮选试验研究,并通过测定接触角和分析疏水聚团现象探究其浮选行为机理。结果表明,在最佳的浮选试验条件为丁基黄药浓度5 mg/L、松醇油浓度13 mg/L、X-45浓度12 mg/L、硫酸铜浓度10 mg/L时,新型活化剂X-45对铁闪锌矿的活化能力与选择性均优于常规活化剂硫酸铜,且对矿浆环境的适应性也更强,为X-45的工业化应用及进一步提高铁闪锌矿的利用率提供理论支持。A new type of activator X-45 and conventional activator copper sulphate were used as the research objects. The flotation of pure mineral and mixed pure minerals was investigated. The contact angle and the hydrophobic agglomerate were employed to explore the flotation behavior mechanism. The results show that under the optimal conditions of flotation tests that butyl xanthate concentration 5 mg/L,terpenic oil concentration 13 mg/L,X-45 concentration 12 mg/L,and copper sulfate concentration10 mg/L,the activation ability and selectivity of X-45 is superior to copper sulfate and X-45 is more adaptable to the ore pulp environment. It provides theoretical support for the industrial application of X-45 and the further improvement of marmatite utilization comprehensively.
