摘 要:对传统的矿业投资项目后评价内容进行了分析,针对现有目标持续性评价的缺陷,在矿业投资项目可持续发展理论的基础上,详细阐述了项目可持续发展能力的重要性,并重点分析了矿业投资项目可持续发展后评价的主要内容。结合多指标综合评价的特点,构建了基于AHP-模糊综合评价方法的评价模型,并进行了实证应用。结果表明,方法使实际的矿业投资项目可持续发展后评价分析更加精确,有利于改进投资及指导待投资矿业项目,进而提高矿业决策和管理水平。The content of post-evaluation of the traditional mining investment projects is analyzed.Aiming at the continuous evaluation defect of the existing targets and on the basis of the sustainable development theory of mining investment projects,the importance of sustainable development capability of the project is elaborated in detail. The main contents of the post-development evaluation of mining investment projects are highlighted. Combining with the characteristics of Multi-index Comprehensive Evaluation,an evaluation model based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was constructed and empirically applied. The results show that this method makes the actual mining investment project more accurate,is conducive to improving investment and guidance to invest in mining projects,and then improve the mining decision-making and management.
