摘  要:针对高硫高铁复杂铜矿石性质的特点,采用铜浮选(粗精矿再磨)-磁黄铁矿磁选-硫浮选的磁浮联合工艺流程,关键技术是低碱优先浮铜和磁选脱除磁黄铁矿,有效解决黄铜矿与(磁)黄铁矿分选的技术难题.试验室小型闭路试验获得了铜品位21.77%、铜回收率81.49%的铜精矿,硫品位32.21%、铁品位48.57%、硫回收率29.28%的磁黄铁硫精矿,硫品位43.45%、硫回收率54.03%的硫精矿,总硫回收率达83.31%.For the high sulfur-iron complex copper ore properties, combined flotation-magnetic separation technical process flow, namely copper flotation( rough concentration regrinding)- pyrl'hotite magnetic separation - sulfur flotation, was used to solve the technical problems of chalcopyrite and pyrite (pyrrhotite) separation. The key technology- is preferential flotation of copper at low alkali and removing pyrrhotite by magnetic separation. The small closed-circuit experiment obtained copper concentrate with C u grade of 21.77 %and Cu recovery of 81.49 %, and pyrrhotite concentrate with S grade of 32. 21%, Fe grade of 48.57 %and S recovery of 29. 28 %, and sulfur concentrate with S grade of 43.45 %and S recovery of 54. 03 %, and the total S recovery of 83.31%.
