摘 要:药剂可调节矿物的可浮性,在提高气泡矿化过程的选择性和浮选速度等都起着决定性的作用.文章通过研究大宝山矿在优先浮选铜中所用的石灰、硫化钠、硫酸锌3种抑制剂的性质,确定最佳药剂用量,提高了铜精矿指标并降低选矿药剂成本.研究方法为:统计铜选厂一年内的药剂总使用量以及相应时间的铜浮选指标,总结得出药剂使用量范围,再通过现场生产连续取样,进行小型条件实验,最后确定各种抑制剂的最佳使用量.得出的结论有:通过抑制剂单独配制、单独添加方式的改造,可以大幅度降低选铜过程中3种抑制剂的使用量,降低选铜药剂成本;3种抑制剂的最佳使用量分别为:10700g/t、940g/t、600g/t;同样浮选条件下,单种抑制剂的抑制效果不如多种抑制的联合抑制效果.The reagents can be used to regulate the floatability of minerals and improve the selectivity of air bubble mineral- ization process and play a decisive role in such aspects as flotation speed, so the study of flotation reagents and eon'eet se- lection has been attended by people. The puqoose of this study is through the research on the selective flotation of copper in- hibitors : the preparation and properties of lime, sodium sulfide and zinc sulfates which are mainly used by Dabaoshan Min- ing to discuss and detemline the optimum dosage of reagents, thus to improve the copper concentrate indicators and reduce the cost of mineral preparation. The main research method is the statistics of total reagent usage in a year and the corre- sponding copper flotation index of a copper mill plant. It concludes the reagent usage range. The optimal reagent usage of various inhibitors is detemfined through continuous sampling on site, and perforating laboratory- conditions of small experi- ments. Through the production data analysis and experimental demonstration, we can conclude that : 1 ) modification by in- dependent preparation and addition of inhibitors can greatly reduce the use of three inhibitors in the process of copper sepa- ration to reduce the cost of copper selection; 2 ) according to the field data statistics and experiments, the optimal usage of the three inhibitors, namely: 10700g/t, 940g/t, 600g/t; 3) the inhibition effect of the single inhibitor under the same flo- tation conditions is not as effective as the combined inhibition effect of various inhibitions.
