摘 要:以广东某露天金属矿山企业为例,通过对现场职业病危害因素识别(主要为粉尘、噪声、有毒有害物质),对作业现场存在的职业危害因素进行检测,并根据检测结果对超标岗位制定了相应的整改和预防措施.整改实施后再次对超标岗位进行危害因素检测,检测结果表明超标岗位90%达到合格标准.前后两次检测结果对比证明,企业制定的整改和预防措施取得了较好的效果,为职工的身体健康提供了强有力的保障.Taking an open-pit metal mine in Guangdong as the study- example, the oeeupalional hazards in produclion were identified (mainly caused by dust, noise, poisonous and harnfful substances). According to the results of the occupational hazards in production detection, the corresponding improvement and preventive measures were fotraulated for the unquali- fied jobs. After the implementation of measures, 90%of occupational hazards in production detection were qualified. The results of detection show that the corresponding improvement and preventive measures are affeetive, providing a strong guar- antee for worker health.
