摘　　要：面对采剥、探采、备采严重失衡,采场标准化管理混乱,采空区治理滞后的采场不良状况,大宝山矿以采场采剥计划为主线,从完善地质资料,加强采空区治理,加强采场标准化管理等入手,加强沟通,原则性与灵活性相结合,通过一系列的措施和长时间的努力,使铜采场的生产进入良性循环.Facing with a undesirable situation of the serious unbalance of stripping, exploration and blocked-out ore, the disordered management of the open-pit mine standardization and the delayed control of goaf, Dabaoshan Mining Company has taken mining plans as a guideline to improve the conditions. The company started with refining the geologic data, en- hancing the management of goaf and enhancing the management of open-pit mine standardization. The company combined with principles and flexibilities in its practical production, and adopted a series of strong measures. After a long time effort, the production conditions of the open-pit copper mine have gone into a stage of virtuous cycle.
