摘　　要：目的探讨Syntaxin4参与小鼠卵母细胞皮质反应及对皮质反应的影响。方法 RT-PCR和Western blot检测Syntaxin4在小鼠卵母细胞表达;免疫荧光验证Syntaxin4与皮质颗粒在卵母细胞中的定位,分析Syntaxin4对小鼠卵细胞皮质反应的影响;活细胞实时拍摄系统观察降低Syntaxin4表达后皮质反应的动态变化。结果 (1)Syntaxin4在小鼠卵母细胞中表达,且在GV期和MII期无明显变化;(2)Syntaxin4与小鼠卵细胞皮质颗粒共定位;(3)活细胞实时拍摄证实降低Syntaxin4的表达后阻碍了皮质反应的进行。结论 Syntaxin4参与小鼠卵细胞皮质反应。Objective： To investigate the effects of Syntaxin4 on the cortical reaction in mouse oocyte. Methods： The expression of Syntaxin4 in oocytes of mice was detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. The localization of Syntaxin4 and cortical granules in mice oocytes was analyzed by immunofluorescence to analyze the effects of Syntaxin4 on the cortical reaction. The dynamic change of cortical response was observed by PerkinElmer UltraVIEM VoX confocal image system.Results： Syntaxin4 was expressed in mouse oocyte and there was phase and MII phase. Syn membrane. The results of expression of Syntaxin4 4 and cortical granule in mouse oocyte PerkinElmer UltraVIEM VoX confocal imaging system suppressed cortical response.Conclusions： Syntaxin4 is involved in the cortical reaction in mouse oocyte.
