摘 要:在基于电压源型换流器的柔性高压直流输电(VSC-HVDC)场合,传统的半桥子模块型模块化多电平变流器(MMC)因不具备直流短路故障自清除能力,限制了其在架空线VSC-HVDC领域的应用。全桥子模块型MMC因具备直流短路故障穿越能力,得到了较为广泛的研究。本文首先分析了桥臂参考电压存在负电压的全桥型MMC的基本运行原理,在此基础上,推导了全桥型MMC二倍频环流的解析表达式,并提出了一种环流自抑制的全桥型MMC的参数设计方法。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了本文理论分析的正确性和所提出的设计方法的有效性。Conventional half-bridge submodule( HBSM) based modular multilevel converter( MMC) lacks of DC short circuit faults handling capability and its application is restricted for over-head line voltage source converter based high voltage direct current( VSC-HVDC) occasions. Full-bridge SM( FBSM) based MMC( FB-MMC),which can provide fault ride through capability,attracts extensive research. The operation principle of the FB-MMC is analyzed with negative voltage state in arm reference voltage,based on which the analytic expression of the circulating current is derived. Then,the parameter design method is proposed for the purpose of achieving circulating current self-suppression. Finally,the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of the proposed method are both verified by simulation and experimental results.
