摘 要:建立了采用次氯酸钠(NaClO)溶液对电石法产生的粗乙炔气中的硫化氢、磷化氢气体杂质进行氧化吸收的实验装置,研究了次氯酸钠溶液有效氯浓度和pH值对清净效果的影响。实验结果表明,次氯酸钠溶液有效氯浓度和pH值对硫化氢的去除效果比磷化氢显著;在乙炔气清净初期,次氯酸钠溶液的pH值起到关键作用。综合考虑清净效果及生产安全两个因素,硫、磷去除率均在85%以上时的工艺条件为次氯酸钠溶液的pH值为7~9.5,有效氯含量在0.085%~0.12%。An experimental devices are established for the oxidation absorption of H_2S and PH_3 by NaClO in acetylene that produced by calcium and water. The effects of purification of p H value and active chlorine content of NaClO are studied. The results show that p H value and active chlorine content of NaClO have a more significant effect on the absorption of H2S than PH3;p H value plays an important role on the purification in the early purification period. Considering both removing rate and safety in the production,the optimal industrial operational conditions are as follows:pH7 ~9.5,active chlorine content 0.085% ~0.12%,which could remove more than 85% of H_2S and pH_3 of the crude acetylene.
