行政区划调整对区域经济增长的影响——以重庆市直辖为例

摘　　要：以1997年重庆市直辖为例,使用动态差分GMM回归模型对直辖与重庆市经济增长之间的关系进行分析。结果表明:直辖后重庆市经济增长有显著性提升。在稳健性分析中,考虑到重庆市也是我国西部大开发战略政策实施地区之一,为消除西部大开发政策对估计结果的影响,采用逐层深入方式从3个方面进行稳健性检验。检验结果显示,西部大开发战略对直辖政策估计结果没有产生显著性影响,同时也排除了主观选择因素和地域因素对评估结果的影响。This paper takes Chongqing＇s Municipality in 1997 as the sample,using the dynamic differential GMM regression model to analyze the relationship between the special institutional change and the local economic growth. According to the research,the implementation of the policy of Chongqing has a significant role in promoting economic growth. Considering that Chongqing is also one of the regions for the implementation of China＇s western development strategy policy,may have an impact on the estimated results,so this paper carries the robustness test of the estimated from three aspects. The robustness test results show that the western development strategy have no significant effect on the estimated results,meanwhile,eliminating the influence of subjective selection factors and geographical factors on the assessment results.
