河南国际旅游产业结构的偏离-份额分析及优化研究

摘　　要：旅游产业结构的优劣状况是衡量一个国家或地区旅游业发展水平和质量的重要标志。运用偏离-份额分析方法,以2010—2017年《中国统计年鉴》《中国旅游统计年鉴》为主要数据来源,对河南省国际旅游产业结构进行研究,并对其影响因素进行分析。结果表明:2009—2015年,河南旅游业各部门总体发展速度低于全国平均水平,竞争力较差,且各部门发展不平衡。商品销售、邮电通讯是具有优势的增长部门,而长途交通、游览、住宿、餐饮、娱乐等部门增速缓慢,在全国没有竞争力,属衰退部门。提出了河南旅游产业结构优化的具体建议。The condition of tourism industry structure is the important criteria to measure the level of development as well as the quality of tourism of a country or a region. Using the shift-share analytical method,this paper studies the structure of Henan international tourism and its influence factors based on the statistics yearbook of China and the yearbook of tourism statistics in China from 2010 and 2017. The results show that the overall developmental speed of various tourism departments in Henan is lower than the national average. Henan tourism is less competitive compared with the national average level as well,with an unbalanced development of different departments. Merchandising and post and telecommunications are the growth departments,while departments like long-distance traffic,excursions,accommodation,dining and entertainment are recession departments with a relatively slow speed of growth.Some concrete suggestions on the optimization of Henan tourism industry structure are put forward.
