某大学女生经期保健知识及行为的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:了解女大学生经期保健知识及行为,为指导女大学生经期保健提供依据。方法:采用自制问卷对宁夏大学的414名女大学生进行经期保健知识及行为的调查。结果:女大学生月经初潮年龄分布在12~15周岁的比例为82.1%,痛经发生率高达87.7%;是否修习生理学等相关课程的女大学生在经期习惯方面无差异(P>0.05),经期参加剧烈运动、经常久坐以及不注意用药的女大学生比例较高;是否修习生理学等相关课程的女大学生在可能增加痛经的水果的选择上存在差异(P<0.05),女大学生不知道经期体温升高、不能拔牙以及正确的生理周期持续时间的比例较高。结论:学校、家庭和社会各阶层应重视女大学生的卫生保健知识教育,增强女大学生经期保健意识,纠正不良经期习惯,降低女大学生月经异常情况的发生频率。Objective：To understand knowledge and behavior of menstruation menstrual among female students and provide the scientific basis for menstrual health.Methods：Researching 414 female students came from the Ningxia University with self-conducted questionnaire.Result：The age of menarche distribution in 12 to 15 years old of female students accounted for 82.1%,the incidence of dysmenorrheal was 87.7%.There were not difference between female students of taking physiology course and not taking physiology course in terms of menstrual habits（ P 〉 0.05）. It was higher that to take part in poignant sports,often sit of long time and do not pay attention to the medication of female college students during menses.There exsisted a significant difference between female students of taking physiology course and not taking physiology course as to select fruits of possibly enhanced dysmenorrheal （ P 〈 0.05）. The female college students didn＇t know increased body temperature, can not extract tooth as well as the correct menstrual cycle is higher during menses.Conclusion：The school, the family and the society should pay attention to provide education of knowledge of menstruation to female college students, strengthen the consciousness of female college students health care of menses and correct some bad habits of menses to reduce incidence of the irregular menstruation of female college students .
