摘 要:钛及钛合金兼有钢(强度高)和铝(质地轻)的优点,具有优良的耐腐蚀性能,广泛应用于航空、航天、化工及冶金等领域。介绍钛及钛合金钨极氩弧焊(TIG焊)和激光焊(LBW焊)焊接接头的组织特征,归纳总结评价钛及钛合金焊接接头耐腐蚀性能优劣的方法,并与母材进行对比。研究发现,钛及钛合金焊接接头显微组织的改变或者氧化膜更加稳定可提高钛及钛合金焊接接头耐腐蚀性能。Titanium and titanium alloys have the advantages of both steel(high strength) and aluminum(light weight) as well as excellent corrosion resistance. They are widely used in the fields of aviation,aerospace, chemical engineering and metallurgy. The microstructure characteristics of TIG and LBW welded joints are introduced, and the method of evaluating the corrosion resistance of titanium and titanium alloy welded joints is summarized and compared with base material. The study finds that: titanium and titanium alloy welded joint microstructures change or more stable oxide film makes titanium and titanium alloy welded joints have improved corrosion resistance.
